Dr. Heather Meinke
Dr. Heather Meinke was born and raised in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biology from Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1997.
Dr. Meinke attended the Southern California University of Health Sciences, formerly Los Angeles College of Chiropractic where she graduated Magna cum Laude in 2001.
Soon after graduation she moved to Ohio and practiced there for 3 1/2 years. She focused her practice on both injury and wellness care. In October 2005 Dr. Meinke, her husband Eric and her daughter Avery relocated to Colorado for her husband's job. In February 2006 they welcomed the newest addition to their family, their son Russell. Dr. Meinke enjoys living in Colorado due to the abundance of sunlight and trails to pursue her love of running, hiking, and mountain biking.
Dr. Meinke helps her patients manage pain and rehabilitate without the use of drugs or surgery. Her practice consists of patients of all ages from infants to the elderly. She treats many pregnant women in her practice in which the goal of treatment is to decrease spinal and muscular pain and help in the ease of labor and delivery.
Dr. Meinke is excited to work at Helping Hands Chiropractic and she is eager to educate patients in the Boulder area on the benefits of Chiropractic.
